It doesn’t require your presence: we can provide you with all the necessary information via photo or video report. Our workers can also visit the company you are working with.

Before the shipment the production is checked by our specialists. They test the product according to the following criteria:

  • The product’s quality, its appearance, color and size
  • Operative condition of the product
  • Product’s weight
  • Exact quantity of all the types of the goods
  • Durability of the shipping bag and presence of all the necessary signs and inscriptions

We guarantee that low-quality products won’t be sent to you. After finding a flaw, our specialists will ask for replacement of products or submission of the defect.
